The King's School's Enquiry Curriculum deepens children’s understanding of the natural world and their place within it. Rooted in principles of inter-connectedness, sustainability and wellbeing, it encourages pupils to see patterns in nature and to live and learn in harmony with one another and the planet.
They have been working closely with The Harmony Project, shaping a curriculum that nurtures curiosity, care for the environment and a strong sense of purpose in our learning community. More infoprmation is available here.
This is just one part of The King's School's wider ‘sustainability’ plan – they have also invested heavily in solar panels, tree planting, developing wetland wildlife areas and an apiary.
