Vaughan Connolly is an experienced teacher, school improvement practitioner and researcher. Vaughan has previously held leadership roles in e-learning, digital development and IT services. Previously teaching at Haberdashers' Aske's Boys' School and Northwood College, he now works part-time at Francis Holland School, and is an ESRC scholar at the University of Cambridge where he is completing a PhD in school effectiveness and policy spheres.
