Simon is Director of Innovation at Wishford Education, leading strategy for artificial intelligence and digital transformation across the group’s schools. With over 20 years’ experience in education, he combines pedagogical insight with technological expertise, developing a variety of AI-enabled tools to save staff time and improve pupil outcomes.

Simon has been quoted in the Times Educational Supplement and Sir Anthony Seldon’s The Fourth Education Revolution, as well as writing articles for a variety of publications and speaking at conferences. His work explores the future of education, investigating how AI can transform learning and feedback whilst preserving the uniquely human qualities of intelligence, empathy, and curiosity.
