Director of Digital Strategy at Loughborough Schools Foundation

Dan Copeman is Director of Digital Strategy at Loughborough Schools Foundation, where he leads the school group's digital transformation — from an evidence-based 1:1 device programme and AI integration through to data protection and infrastructure — while continuing to teach A-level Computing. He also provides digital strategy and AI consultancy for the Ermitage International Education Group schools in France and Belgium, giving him a practical perspective on implementation challenges across both UK and European contexts. Dan is also the founder of TeachGen, an AI platform built to reduce teacher workload, and has delivered AI and digital strategy training to staff at over 25 schools across the independent and international sectors. He brings 19 years of classroom experience and a consistent focus on ensuring technology decisions are driven by evidence of educational impact rather than novelty.
