ISC announces the appointment of Julie Robinson
The Independent Schools Council is pleased to announce the appointment of Julie Robinson to be General Secretary from April 2015 in succession to Charlotte Vere, the Interim General Secretary.
Mrs Robinson was a very successful prep school head and in recent years has been Education and Training Director at IAPS.
Barnaby Lenon, Chairman of ISC said:
“We are delighted that Julie is joining us to lead ISC, particularly in the run up to the election. As a former Head of one of our schools she brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the role as well as a thorough understanding of our sector.”
Julie Robinson said:
“I am delighted to be joining the expert team at ISC and looking forward to promoting and defending the sector in this role, building on all the good work of Matthew Burgess and Charlotte Vere. I am committed wholeheartedly to supporting ISC Associations and our member schools.”
