November 2015 press coverage
Charity Commission updates, the global market and a retrospective view of 2015 feature in press coverage from November 2015.
An update to Charity Commission guidance on public benefit, with a quote from Julie Robinson was reported in Independent Schools Magazine, following-on from similar coverage in the previous month.
News coverage using ISC data looked mainly at UK independent schools' relationship with the global market with reports in Study International, Relocate Global and PIE News, as well as an interview with Barnaby Lenon in UK Education Weekly, the UK's first such publication for Chinese readers. There were also reports in other Chinese and Russian media.
Barnaby also features in the December edition of Independent Education Today, looking back on 2015 alongside other sector figures.
Julie Robinson gave a live interview to BBC Radio Nottingham on scholarship and bursary opportunities.
Numerous media requests were received across November, including from The Economist, Financial Times, TES and Daily Mail, and some of these approaches relating to specialist areas were passed on to the communications teams in a number of the Associations.
