Oscar Williams-Grut, assistant business editor at The Telegraph, writes in the paper in response to the news of Multiverse, Euan Blair's apprenticeship start-up, being given degree-awarding powers. He argues these degrees "show up Britain's failing university system", and calls on the next prime minister to 'overhaul our education system to make it fit for the modern economy'.
