Tier 4 immigration changes

The most recent changes to the Tier 4 category.

The Home Office has published a list of the most recent changes to the Tier 4 category. Following successful lobbying by ISC, pupils on Tier 4 General visas at independent schools can now extend or switch to other points-based routes in-country; previously they would have had to leave the UK and apply from abroad.
