Charity Commission guidance and example annual report

The Charity Commission has published new guidelines on how independent schools can ensure they best demonstrate their public benefit.

This follows the defeated amendment, tabled in the Charities Bill, in the House of Lords over the summer. The Commission has also updated its example annual report with further examples of what schools could report on, adding new examples of sporting and other partnerships.
