Lime House School is a co-educational boarding and day school set in a rural environment close to the Lake District and only six miles from Carlisle. The school has outstanding inspection reports from ISI in 2007 and CReSTeD (dyslexic pupils) and OFSTED in 2008. In 2010, 83% of GCSE pupils gained 5+ passes at grades A to C and the A level pass rate was 69% (grades A-B) and 89% (grades A-C).
