ISC briefing note for the House of Lords on Children Act 2004 Information Database (England) Regulations 2007

On Wednesday 18 July 2007, Lord Adonis moved that the draft Children Act 2004 Information Database (England) Regulations 2007 be approved by the House of Lords. ISC submitted a briefing note for peers setting out its views on ContactPoint, which is referred to in column 318 of the debate.
