Announcement from ISC

12 June 2008

Chris Parry has today (12 June 2008), by mutual agreement, stepped down as chief executive of the Independent Schools Council (ISC). Although he was looking forward to making a difference in the sector, Chris has chosen to take up other opportunities that he has been offered.

ISC general counsel Matthew Burgess will take over as acting chief executive with immediate effect.
