The Independent Schools Council (ISC) has announced that its Chief Executive, David Lyscom, will be stepping down. This follows a review of ISC's role and functions, and agreement by the member Associations to a major change in ISC's structure.
The Chairman and Board of ISC wish to thank David for his tireless and dedicated work over the last three years to promote the interests of independent schools, their governors and their staff. In particular they recognise the significant progress that ISC has made in influencing the public debate on education and regulation, in supporting its schools, and in helping parents. They wish him every success in his future career.
