The new standard in relation to children below compulsory school age will facilitate the proposed EYFS exemptions and are, therefore, well received.
The proposed anti-extremism changes also have our support on condition that a proportionate approach to inspection can be agreed which will not create bureaucratic burdens for low-risk schools.
