Equalities Legislation

All schools are subject to legislation prohibiting unlawful discrimination, and independent schools are no exception. The direct parental funding of independent schools does, however, present our sector with different challenges to ensure that we meet our responsibilities, and ISC works to assist schools in identifying and dealing with these situations.
