HSE has published new online resources specifically aimed at schools
The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) has published new web resources aimed at those responsible for managing health and safety in schools.
The web resources:
- expose common health and safety myths;
- advise school managers on how to make sensible and proportionate arrangements for health and safety;
- identify the key health and safety roles in schools for a range of school leaders and staff; and
- clarify which activities are covered by health and safety law.
Schools may wish to sign up to HSE’s education ebulletin service which provides early notice of new legislation, guidance and other news tailored to the education sector.
