Changes to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act Exceptions Order 1975
A number of changes to the Exceptions Order came into effect from 1 July 2014. For more information on the positions that this will affect, please see the July edition of the DBS Disclosure News . DBS has also updated their guidance on dealing with eligibility.
DBS updated their forms in March this year. They have now sent out new forms to all registered bodies and are requesting that, once the new forms have been received, all old forms are destroyed. For more information, please see the July edition of the DBS Disclosure News.
