  2. Acas makes minor changes to Disciplinary and Grievance Code of Practice on right to be accompanied (March 2015)

  3. Enforced subject access requests become a criminal offence (March 2015)

  4. New and free occupational health service, Fit for Work, rolled out (March 2015)
