The Graduate Teaching Programme (GTP)
The Graduate Teacher Programme (GTP) is an employment-based route into teaching. It allows graduates to be employed as unqualified teachers at a school while working towards the Standards that all trainees have to meet in order to gain Qualified Teacher Status.
