Joining an independent school in membership of ISC as an NQT means you are part of a national scheme that has been developed to give you the best possible start in your career.

You will receive on-the-job support and on-going mentoring. You will be guided through the statutory requirements and paperwork. You will attend training days where you will continue your professional development and meet other NQTs from the independent sector in your region.
