A cost-effective online survey that analyses parents' views of your school.

The service was developed in response to schools' requests for a new method of surveying parents. Our team of experienced researchers have come up with a solution that meets your needs.

Simple and easy to use
The survey is conducted online to minimise administration and time costs. A link to the survey is emailed out to parents who can then complete it online. The results, which are confidential, automatically return to our technology partner. They are then collated and sent on to the ISC research team.

Our researchers, who specialise in the field of independent sector education, analyse the results and compile a bespoke report that presents, analyses and draws out key conclusions from the results.

Quick and cost effective
From start to finish, the survey can take as little as four weeks. More usually it will take three weeks to gather sufficient data from parents and then two weeks for the ISC research team to analyse the results. On receipt of the report, schools will have the opportunity to discuss the analysis 1-2-1 with the researcher who compiled the report.

Easy to customise
The ISC research team has come up with a standard set of questions (see the attached pdf) but these can be readily changed to accommodate the wishes of each particular school.

Expert provision
The ISC research team has a strong background in commercial and academic research, with an expert database management team.

Competitively priced
ISC is able to offer this service at a cost well below any other comparable services in the market. The standard service costs £400 plus VAT and the survey can be customised at a rate of £42.50 per two questions.

The survey complies with Market Research Society guidelines. All responses are anonymous and confidential.
