KS2 Class Teachers – Commencing January 2010

Two vacancies have arisen mid-year due to maternity leave and a teacher returning for the start of the Australian school year.
Teachers with an interest in cross-curricular links and who are keen to ensure children experience hands-on practical activities would be particularly suited to the posts.
While academic success is embedded in the school ethos, creativity is viewed with equal importance. The wider curriculum includes many large organised events including instrumental concerts, productions, residential trips and interschool sports competitions. All teachers are expected to contribute to our extra curricular program. All classrooms are equipped with Smartboards and the school has a fully networked computer suite. Candidates must possess a recognised teaching qualification, a DfES/DCSF reference number and at least 2 years relevant teaching experience.
