Working for ISC

The Independent Schools Council (ISC) is the main representative body for UK independent schools. A politically independent, not-for-profit organisation, its member schools collectively educate more than 500,000 children. Principal activities include representing the sector to Government; managing media relations; conducting authoritative research; providing legal and other advice to schools; and providing advice to parents. ISC also runs conferences, and is increasing and improving its advice to parents.
