New atheist student body launched

Guardian

A national student body of atheists and secularists will be launched today to represent the interests of non-believers across the country. The National Federation of Atheist, Humanist and Secular Student Societies will support established and newly-forming atheist, Humanist and secular student groups and give them a national voice.

One in three job applicants tells lies on their CV

Independent

A survey of about 1,300 adults carried out by the Chartered Institute of Educational Assessors (CIEA) indicates that one in three adults lies on their CV when applying for a job. The most common exaggeration is thought to be lying about degree classifications, for example turning a 2:1 into a first.
